Griffin Spencer

Griffin’s practice focuses on estate planning, taxation, special needs planning, trust and estate administration, and business law.

Griffin was born and raised in Mount Airy, North Carolina. Griffin graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science. Griffin then went on to graduate from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where he was a member of the Journal of International Law.

Griffin’s journey with the firm began as a Summer Associate in 2023, and continued in 2024, as he joined the firm as a full-time Associate. Griffin is a member of the North Carolina and Durham County Bar Associations and the Durham-Orange Estate Planning Council. He is excited to bring his legal expertise and unique perspective to the estate planning world.

When Griffin is not working, he can be found planning his next backpacking trip, hitting the gym, or reading.
